This costume is a luxurious velour, made of 100% polyester.
The zip close jacket is hooded with ears, and has hand
covers that look like paws. The footed pants have an
all elastic waist and feet that look like paws. It is
in perfect condition. My daughter wore this at a Halloween
event over her street clothes, when she was wearing
3-6 month clothes. We tried it on now that she is wearing
12 month clothes, and although she can get both the
jacket and pants on, they are very snug and the pants
are way too short. So, I am wary about whether the pants
might be too short for a baby wearing 9 month pants.

This is such a cool costume for a cold climate. It is
a hooded sleeveless coat made of a luxurious thick velour,
composed of 67% acrylic, 17% polyester, and 16% olefin.
The inside in lined with a silky material made of 100%
nylon. The entire costume is a deep green color except
for the chest which is a medium purple. There are purple
irridescent spines that are sewn into the back from
between the eyes to the tip of the tail. When the hood
is worn, the dinosaur face is a hat. Fits from 12-24
months. Layer clothes underneath. Perfect condition.
