Do
I have to decide what the ad will look like or will you do that
for me?
We can do it either way. The more information that you can provide
as to what you would like the ad to look say and look like,
the more likely you are to be pleased. (Can't read your mind!)
You

Decisions that need to be made include:
* what sizes of ads will be made
* will the ads be animated or non-animated
* what color the canvas (background) of the ad will be
* what copy (writing) will be put on the ad
* what color and font (text style) the copy will be
* the layout (physical placement) of the copy on the canvas
* what images (logos, clip art, etc.) will be placed on the
ad, if any, and where |

Can
the ads be made to match the look of my site?
Yes.
The color codes used in your website can be used as the canvas
and font colors in your ads. Graphic images like a logo, photo,
or piece of clip art, MAY be able to be cropped and resized
to fit on the ad - it depends on their original size and quality.

Do
you provide the clip art, photos, or other images?
No.
It is your responsibility to search for and provide images to
be place on your ad(s). Please email the potential image file(s)
as an attachment in the form of a .gif, .jpg, or .png file OR
if the images can be lifted off your site (right click is enabled)
then email with info about which images are to be used and where. |

Who
will hold the copyrights to the ad(s)?
You
do. Upon purchase all graphical copyrights are now yours. All
that we require is the option to display your ad here as an
example of potential designs. We have a no-right click script
installed on this page to protect your ad. |

Do
I get a copy of the ads to keep?
Yes.
The finished ad(s) will be emailed to you as files for you to
keep.
You will receive three files for each ad that you purchase.
The three files will have the same names but different extensions
(endings) - one with .png, one with .gif, and one with .jpg.
The png version is like the 'original' of a xerox - it is the
file that is loaded into a graphics program by a webmaster or
graphic artist should changes be desired. Don't alter it and
don't lose it. The gif or jpg version is what you will use for
web advertising, banner exchanges, and affiliate program purposes.
The ads are made in Macromedia Fireworks. |

How
many revisions do I get?
Two. The webmaster will contact you by email with a link to
a page whereby you can view your ad(s) and request copy changes,
etc. This is your first and major revision opportunity. The
webmaster will then fine tune the ads according to your requests,
and again contact you by email with a link to a page whereby
you can again view the ads and request changes. The changes
should be very minor at the second contact stage. |

How
do I pay for the ad(s)?
You
may pay for your ad online securely via PayPal by eCheck,
American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or VISA. Or if you
prefer, you can pay by snail mail using certified check, money
order, business check, or personal check. If paying online,
your ads are emailed to you when PayPal clears your payment
(1-24 hours). If paying by business or personal check, your
ad will not be placed until your check clears our bank.
When
do I pay for the ad(s)?
The
webmaster will send you a funds request from Paypal or snail
mail info after all the details of your ad design have been
clarified by email conversations. Be sure to keep your Paypal
payment receipt, because this will be a 100% deductible business
expense for tax purposes.
